The Regional Total Rewards Manager is responsible for defining and driving a compensation, benefits and global mobility strategy for the Europe Africa region that will enable business growth by focusing on our most important asset our people.

The Europe Africa (EUAF) region is transforming and setting ambitious plans to take our business to a new level. Reporting to the Head of HR for the region, the regional Total Rewards Manager focuses on modernizing our framework, aligning it to our business operating model and driving programs to attract great talent as well as retain and engage our workforce.

Your role

  • In alignment with global programs and regional strategy, design a consistent and modern Total Rewards philosophy and framework that resonates with our culture and organizational objectives (base salary ranges, executive compensation, sales-based incentives, STI, LTI, benefits, wellbeing, and international mobility).
  • Perform market analyses, establish, and extend relationships with market data providers, peer companies and participate in local and international salary and benefits surveys.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, identify and propose modifications and enhancements to our total reward programs to address our employees' changing needs and the competitive environment for talent in our industry.
  • Lead the annual merit and incentive program for EUAF, with support of team members and country HR Partners.
  • Own the costing analysis and modelling for annual company spend in compensation and benefit enhancements, and for corporate governance purposes (equal/gender pay, living wage, pay ratios, etc.).
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team on developing offers that are competitive and equitable.
  • Own and drive the regional benefits strategy, vendors, policies, regulations, and programs.
  • Oversee the regional global mobility function and responsibilities, working closely with the Corporate global mobility team.
  • Develop and deliver communications that help our employees and candidates appreciate and value their total compensation package; create total rewards support materials and conduct education sessions.
  • Represent the EUAF region in Global Total Rewards programs and initiatives, and lead deployment in region.
  • Partner with the Head of HR, the Global Head of Rewards and other leaders on additional key strategic and organizational development strategies across the region.
     

Your track record

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in Compensation and benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior experience working across different countries.
  • You possess both strategic capabilities with a “roll up your sleeves” approach, strong quantitative and analytical skills, results oriented and ability to drive change.
